7 ways to reduce belly fat

The abdomen is detrimental to our beauty as well as to our health. Excess fat can lead to problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and low back and knee pain. Even being overweight is directly linked to many physical problems such as fatigue, insomnia, and shortness of breath.


We eat high calorie foods most of the time. Meanwhile I work from sitting in the office. No physical exercise is done. This causes excess food to accumulate in the body in the form of fat or glucose. Many times going to the gym, diet control is not a benefit. So here are 7 easy home remedies-

1. There is no substitute for moderate diet, regular exercise to get a lean healthy body.

2. Try to eat home cooked food. Avoid extra oil-spices, ghee-butter. Avoid red meat. It is better not to eat fast food, deep-fried food, ice cream, cold drinks, alcohol. Instead, eat fruits, grilled foods, chaat, salads, almonds, sour yogurt as snacks.



3. Eat with a little space in the stomach while eating. Food will be better digested. Excess calories will not be a problem.
4. Eat less rice, flour, sugar. If possible, eat sliced rice. Eat flour bread. Stop eating sugar in tea and coffee.

5. Put more protein in your diet throughout the day. Eat small fish, chicken breast pieces. Put plenty of vegetables and fruits on the food.


6. If you don't have a separate time to go to the gym, do exercise at home. Get up every morning and keep half an hour for yourself. Exercise with bare hands like skipping, book dawn, meeting, pull-up. Boys as well as

girls can do these exercises without hesitation. However, before starting the exercise, you must know the correct form from a physical therapist.


7. Many people go on an empty stomach without eating to reduce fat. That is a very wrong idea. Eat little by little. Otherwise it will be the opposite.
